He's fooled some pretty big names
Sydney's most in-demand magician, Magic Mike (Not A Stripper) has performed at Chris Hemsworth's 40th birthday party in Byron Bay — where he unlocked Matt Damon's phone passcode in a room full of A-listers. He rang in the New Year at Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's 2022 NYE party, and his magic has also left Australian Cricket Captain Pat Cummins completed stumped.
Not only is he the preferred magician for the Hamish & Andy show — he's also the quizmaster on Hamish & Andy's latest "Quizmas Time" podcast, one of the top #10 podcasts in Australia.

Australia's Got Talent · 2022
Magic of a totally different kind.
In 2022, Mike took to the Australia's Got Talent stage to share something far more important than a card trick. Weaving magic with a message about mental health and suicide awareness, he left the judges — and the audience — completely speechless.
It was deep, urgent, and unlike anything the show had seen before.

How much does a magician cost in Sydney? +
Every event is different — Mike's quotes are based on your date, duration, and number of attendees. As a guide, a high quality professional magician charges north of $750 an hour for roving magic. Get in touch for a no-obligation quote.
What is a roving magician? +
A roving magician (also called a close-up or strolling magician) works the crowd rather than performing on a stage. Magic Mike moves between groups, performing mind-blowing close-up magic right in guests' hands — no theatre setup, no microphone, no special lighting. It's the most interactive and social form of magic entertainment you can add to any event.
Does Magic Mike travel outside Sydney? +
Yes. Mike regularly performs in Canberra, Newcastle, the Central Coast, and Wollongong, and takes on interstate or overseas bookings for the right event. Travel fees may apply — just mention your location when you enquire.
How far in advance should I book a magician? +
Weekends fill up fast, especially during wedding and party season (October–March). Mike recommends getting in touch at least 6–8 weeks out to secure your date. That said, if your event is sooner than that — still shoot your shot.
Is Magic Mike suitable for kids? +
Mike's magic is best suited to adult audiences. If you're after a children's entertainer, he's probably not your guy — but if you're planning a grown-up party, corporate event, wedding, or hens night where the adults want to have their minds blown, he's exactly your guy.
What's the difference between a magician and an illusionist? +
A magician typically performs close-up and sleight-of-hand magic — card tricks, coin work, mind reading — right in front of you, often in your hands. An illusionist works on a grander scale: big stages, big props, making people (or things) disappear. Magic Mike is primarily a close-up and roving magician, though he's also available for stage shows at larger events.
Does Magic Mike do a stage show? +
Two ways to catch Mike on stage. He hosts an intimate dinner show at RND Bondi — a small-venue experience where the magic happens up close and the nights sell out fast. He's also available to perform a stage show at your own event, whether that's a gala dinner, conference, or private function. Get in touch to check availability.
How does a magician read your mind? +
Nice try. The magician's code is older than the internet and a lot harder to crack. Come to a show and try to figure it out in person. Nobody has yet.
